OK, if it's a choice between the left edge keys not working and not
being able to swipe in launcher from bottom left when OSK is on screen,
I'd suggest let's have the OSK topmost in the stacking order as an
interim fix until the edge input issue has been addressed

Bug description:
  with recent changes of unity8 in image 160 and above typing letters
  that live in the most left column of the keyboard got pretty hard
  since they are not fully sensitive anymore.
