in case the glitch is due to the shader used by the scope overview... in
case is something else, I don't know :) I hope it gets fixed by that bug

  To reproduce:

  - bottom swipe to open manage dash
  - open a not favourite scope (for example, Open Library)
  - swipe left to right to go back to dash

  Actual result
  - You see a glance of a vertically compressed dash scope

  Expected result
  - Normal app scope
