  YouTube scope depends on pending scopes release

Status in QML plugin for Scopes:
  Invalid
Status in “unity-scopes-api” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  - this only happens since r47 in krillin

  Reproduction:
  - favourite the youtube scope
  - make sure it works
  - reboot the phone

  Outcome:
  youtube scope is not populated

  the following log appears in /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/scope-registry.log

  Same problem happens with the my pictures scope
