  Home button & Long swipe from left edge should return the user to the
  Apps Scope

Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Home Button (located in the Launcher Bar) & Long swipe right from left
  edge should return the user to the Apps Scope, regardless of their
  current place within the U.I. (i.e. within the Dash, looking at an
  app, etc).

  Note: Currenlty

  UX Testing Report Findings:

  "Home button on the launcher does not always lead to the apps scope"
  "Participants expected to be able to go back to the apps scope when pressing the home button, instead of last visited page."

  "Left edge swipe does not always lead to the apps scope"
  "Participants expected to be able to get to the apps scope via using the left edge swipe no matter where they were, landing on the last visited page was not expected"
