Title:
  Dash headers incorrect layout

Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
  Fix Committed
Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The header height should be 7GU (It appears it may be currently set to
  6.5GU).

Partner logos should have 1.5GU of padding on both the top and bottom.
This is to prevent partners uploading huge logos that fill the entire
  vertical space.

For partners with particularly large logos e.g. Wikipedia, we can
tweak them to include padding within them and hence reduce their size.
This is something we looked at a little while ago and adjusted some of
  them accordingly.
