Title:
  Long delay in opening web-based OAuth page

Status in Online Accounts setup for Ubuntu Touch:

Status in “ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1) Select "Add account" and then select an account which requires a  web-based OAuth page (e.g. Twitter/Facebook/Google)
  2) A page with only a cancel button will open.
  3) After a  delay, the web-based OAuth page will appear.

  Expected result:

  While on the page with the cancel button, an ActivityIndicator should
  be displayed so that the user will know that something is happening
  and not just mash "Cancel."
