Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. reboot your phone
  2. go to any scope other than the app scope (for example, the scopes scope on the left)

  Expected result:
  There is content (like on Android or iOS)

  Current result:
  Nothing is shown for a little while: it's loading content
