Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open the Address Book app
  2. Tap on an existing contact, tap again on the "person" icon on the expanded list item
  3. Currently the header has a star for favouriting an icon, and an action menu

  Desired solution:

  Remove the action menu on the right hand side of the header. The star
  icon to favourite an icon should as well as the edit and share icons
  should be distributed in the UI.
