jfif was not the cause of the reject but the additional params for the
content type

Bug description:
I cannot send MMS messages with a Spanish MVNO operator, Pepephone.
This happens in mako. The data context seems to be properly created,
but the response status when uploading the MMS is "Unknown". Please
see attached tcpdump.
