Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1. In notes app type out:

  "This is a test

  With multiple lines

  It is about to break."

  2. Move the cursor to the end of the word "lines"

  3. Press delete

  Expected result:

The "s" from lines should be deleted, text structure should otherwise
  remain unaffected.

  Actual result:

The following line becomes joined on to the select line, resulting in:
"With multiple line is about to break."
