  apport identifies RTM package as third party ones

Status in “apport” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I've noticed that apport reports from devices using the RTM archive
  have "[origin: Ubuntu RTM]" in them and get tagged "third-part-
  packages" both of which seems incorrect.

  This is because backends/packaging-apt-dpkg.py returns False for these
  packages.
