Bug description:
  Current situation:

  We have no easy way currently of running the SDK toolkit gallery app
  on the phone. It should be available through Dash search to install,
  like other applications

  This is very important because we use it to cross-reference SDK
  components and check the status of their designs - if we don't have it
  available on the phone, it becomes very difficult to review designs of
  SDK components on the actual device

  Solution:

  Enable the Toolkit gallery application as an app that is installable
  through Dash search, check that it runs well enough on the phone to be
  usable
