  Count sms that failed to be sent as sent, on the greeter

Bug description:
  Using rtm 17 on krillin, after having some failed message sending (e.g
  tried to send a contact info and a photo on a phone without data
  plan), the lock screen animation displays a count including those
  messages, that seems wrong
