  "Send" button ellipisized in some locales

Status in “messaging-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Using rtm-17, the sms "send" message is ellipsized in french, showing as "Env..." instead of "Envoyer". 
  The width seems to be calculated for the english wording, there is enough space to show e.g "Envoyer" and still have enough space in the entry for useful content
