Bug description:
  Steps:
  1. Make a phone call with BT so that you are not holding the phone to hear and talk
  2. Push the power button to blank the screen
  3. Push the power button again, observe that you are at the welcome screen
  4. Wave a finger over the proximity sensor

  Effect:
  The screen blanks while finger is over the sensor

  Expected:
  The sensor only blanks the screen while the dialer app is being used
