[Bug 1374018] Re: App names appear untranslated when listing their granted access

Even after updating to image #257, the Notifications app is translated
in OA. As for the Contacts, sync-monitor is shipping a desktop file
("sync-monitor-contacts.desktop") which is not translated. I would
suggest that sync-monitor is changed so that the contacts-
sync.application file points to address-book-app.desktop, since that one
is translated.

** Also affects: sync-monitor (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New

Title:
App names appear untranslated when listing their granted access

Status in “sync-monitor” package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “ubuntu-system-settings” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I see this both under:
  - System Settings > Security & Privacy > Location access
  - and System Settings > Accounts > (tap on an existing account)

The names of the apps to which have been granted access appear in
English, so I guess either their .desktop file translations are not
being loaded, or whichever other file the app's name is read from is
  not internationalized.
