Can you please attach a screenshot?
I'd like to understand if it's the translated labels shown by the scope or the departments and highlight text that comes from the webservices.

Status in “unity-scope-click” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Opening the Ubuntu Store using a Norwegian locale gives me English
  labels on everything. On the second level (in an app, e.g.), most
  items are translated.
