  remove cache files when removing profiles

Status in “click-apparmor” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Right now click-apparmor does a fine job of removing profiles when the
  corresponding click security manifest is missing, but it is not
  removing the corresponding cache file.
