Bug description:
From https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LanguageAndText#Phone-1
"Therefore, instead of acting as a page stack, the “Display language”
screen should be a full-screen dialog with “Cancel” and “Confirm”
buttons. What should change immediately, when you select a different
language, is the language of the “Display language” header and the
“Confirm” button itself, as a preview of what is about to happen. The
“Confirm” button should also be sensitive only when the currently
selected language is different from the current language. "
This (the first bit) used to work, but it got broken at some point.
I'm not sure if the sensitivity thing was implemented.
