Bug description:
  See the attached test. The Button element embedded in the second
  Window appears without the background.

  We hit this problem in the ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts
  project: there we have a process which opens multiple windows (one per
  each client request), and in all but the first one the buttons are
  nearly invisible.
