  adb shell ubuntu-bug webbrowser-app never finishes

Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Trying to report bugs from the device, but ubuntu bug never finishes.
  I get

  Then it doesn't matter what I enter, the program never finishes. It
  doesn't appear to create any files (that I can find).
