Title:
menubar clock not updating to reflect time changes
Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
The menubar clock continues to show the old date and time after using
`date -s` to change this information.
As a workaround, we can force the clock to show the updated
information by toggling once or twice between 12 hour / 24 hour
formats.
Ubuntu 14.04.
