Title:
  Import "validation" action should be on the right

Status in “gallery-app” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Using rtm 56
  - take some photo
  - go to settings, background
  - click "add image"

  -> the gallery is called in "import mode", the header actions are
  "check" - "cross", the positive/confirmation control should be on the
  right though (which is what we use consistently in our other UIs)
