Bug description:
The upcoming introduction of cacheable QML compilation units require
an application-specific path to store the binaries.

The proposed and accepted path is

  $HOME/.cache/QML/Apps/$APP_ID

  where $APP_ID = @{APP_PKGNAME}_@{APP_APPNAME}_@{APP_VERSION} for click apps
and simple desktop file name for legacy apps.
