Bug description:
  The browser and webapp container apps have a very useful "--inspector"
  optional command line parameter that enables devtools to inspect
  webviews. However at the moment the devtools instance is served at
  http://127.0.0.1/, i.e. it cannot be inspected remotely on another
  machine on the same network.
