Title:
please include an apparmor profile for tinyproxy
Status in “apparmor” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: tinyproxy
Hello; tinyproxy is ideally suited for an AppArmor profile because its
behaviour can be very clearly defined, and it serves as a gateway
between probably trusted programs and probably untrusted sites. (Not
that AppArmor can prevent it from passing along bad data, but protocol
parsing in C is notoriously difficult.)
I've included an AppArmor profile I generated while testing tinyproxy
for an application. It's not exhaustive by any stretch, but a good
start none-the-less.
