Bug description:
  Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
  Release:	14.04

  According to Russian goverment there was a lot of changes in tzdata
  v2014f. It would be nice if this version (or 2014g) will appear in
  Ubuntu in short amount of time.
