Hey, I noticed this bug on my bug filtering. Test build for the quoted patch pushed to:
https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-service/+archive/ubuntu-rtm/landing-022/+packages - armhf build will take around 3h.

Bug description:
  scope images load fine in wifi, but not on hsdpa even when there is
  good connectivity and browsing works well. Results are return, but
  images do not load.
