After installing this (via silo) and PdfjsViewer, I still can't open
PDFs via the web browser app.  I verified that the server is sending
application/pdf as the content-type, and the file is named test.pdf, but
I don't know if PdfjsViewer registers itself as a handler for that type
of file.

Bug description:
  Attempting to test adding content-hub support to docviewer and I have
  noticed that pdf files are not mapped to the document type when they
  are opened in the web browser.
