  unity8-dash keeps trying to start but never does

Bug description:
  mako image 22 rtm.
  unity8 8.00+14.10.20140827.2-0ubuntu1

  Sometimes when I reboot my phone, unity8-dash does not start. It just
  shows the starting animation.
