Title:
The "add to album" screen should have an header by default

Status in “gallery-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Using rtm 87 image
  - start gallery
  - go to the albums view
  - tap on one of the albums

-> you get a screen with a "+" in the middle, that screen has no
indication of the album you are editing not a wait to come back if you
selected the wrong album, if you click the "+" and then in the header
"add to album", you get back to the "+" screen but with an header this
  time

  bit more annoying...

  - if then you click the "+" symbol again, it brings you to the photos
lists but with an empty header and no way to get out of the screen,
you are stucked and needs to force close gallery and restart
