[Bug 1378898] Re: Keyboard visible over the welcome screen

 

I don't think this is related to bug 1236290, the problem here seems to
be that the application is briefly set to active when it finishes
loading, (and since it has a focused text field this causes the keyboard
to reveal). This can also be reproduced by starting the terminal app and
then swiping back to the dash while the splash screen is still showing.

 Presumably the application shouldn't be set to active if the screen has
been locked or if the application has lost focus due to the user
switching apps.
