Title:
  Fail to be Transperant or Translucent

Status in “tilda” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  It occurs on Kubuntu 14.04 and Kubuntu 14.10 also
  When I tried to modify tilda to be Tranperant or Translucent
  It didn't work 
  please see the screenshot
  It happened to be created box in the middle of the tilda
