This bug was fixed in the package whoopsie - 0.2.40

  Confirm that /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id is not group and world readable.

  $ ls -lh /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id
  -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 128 Oct 27 19:00 /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id

  It should be 600, not 644.
