Does not work on 14.04:

start: Unknown job: apparmor

We need, at minimum, a solution that works on all Ubuntu versions. So
far we have been using "service apparmor reload" with good results.
Worked on Ubuntu 14.04 as well as on other distributions. Cannot see any
reason why it should be broken on 14.10. Please fix.
