[Bug 1387241] Re: systemctl is broken
systemd is obviously installed, since the systemctl command is
available. They are in the same "systemd" package.
If you have any ideas of how to detect if systemd is actually used, that
would be great. Thanks.

14.10 introduces the /bin/systemctl command. Unfortunately it does not
work:
root@ubuntu:~# systemctl start ssh
Failed to get D-Bus connection: No connection to service manager.
root@ubuntu:~# systemctl status
Failed to get D-Bus connection: No connection to service manager.
