I reported bug 1387656 on "Connect to hidden network" having both an
ellipsis and a chevron in System Settings. It should use only an
ellipsis, since it opens a dialog rather than navigating a page stack.
Olga will correct the setup design so it uses only an ellipsis here too.
Ideally, the setup and System Settings should use exactly the same code
for the "Available networks:" list so that there's never any divergence.

Bug description:
  Users should have an option to connect to hidden networks in the set up wizard. The behaviour should mimic the current implementation in system settings.
  Design added this functionality on the Wifi screens in the oobe, please see attached images for reference.
