Ubuntu System Settings currently has no way of unlocking specific SIMs,
as requested by bug 1378883.

Bug description:
  In dialer-app on dual sim phones users will be given an option to unlock a specific modem.
  The current api only supports unlocking all modems at once: UnlockAllModems(). We need a way to invoke the unlock screen to a specific modem, like UnlockModem(objectPath).
