Title:
some events over third party software may block unity bar
Status in Unity:
Expired
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
After using Google Earth and HEC HMS (A Java Desktop Application), I
discovered some events or interaction may block unity bar, until the
program is closed. For example, suppose you create two folders in
google earth and two paths or polygons inside each folder, if you drag
and drop one path or polygon from one folder to the other the unity
bar will lose its capacity to be hidden automatically (this happens
regularly, not always). When using HEC HMS it is common to lose the
menu and buttons to close or minimize or maximize.
