Title:
Holding down "1" at start of number enters then erases it

Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 14.10 r203

  1. Navigate to the keypad screen of the phone app.
  2. Clear any number present.
  3. Hold down any key except "0" or "1", then release it.
  4. Delete the number entered.
  5. Hold down "1", then release it.

  What happens:
  3. The number is entered.
  5. The 1 is entered, then disappears.

  What should happen:
  5. The 1 is entered, and remains.

It's understandable that holding down "0" doesn't enter 0, because it
enters "+" instead. But there doesn't seem to be any reason for a "1"
  to be entered then erased.
