Confirmed for ubuntu-touch-meta and marked invalid for webbrowser-app as
it’s not specific to the browser, it potentially affects all
applications trying to display nepali text.

Bug description:
  In browser app including facebook and google+ web app nepali unicode
  texts are displayed as rectangle boxes instead of actual texts.
  Doesn't it support unicode?
