Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. Flash a fresh image
  2. Select a language
  3. Select passphrase
  4. Add a passphrase

  EXPECTED:
Every other page has a back and continue/skip buttons, I expect to see a continue button on the page

  ACTUAL:
You have no obvious way to continue, there is no text saying to hit enter after the passphrase is completed nor is there a continue button.
