Bug description:
  When doing juju deploy nova-compute for icehouse with the latest charm
  on Ubuntu Precise, the apparmor package is uninstalled.

  Procedure to reproduce :
  $ juju switch local
  $ juju get-env | grep serie
  default-series: precise
  $ juju bootstrap
  $ bzr branch lp:charms/nova-compute
  $ juju deploy --repository=. local:nova-compute
