Bug description:
  * Impact
  Some documents are incorrectly rendered

  * Test case
  Open the example from comment #1 and look at pages 2 and 3, they should have different content

  * Regression potential
  Check that documents keep rendering correctly

  Take a look at:
  http://www.online.datasport.pl/results1317/wyniki/01_open.pdf (or the
  file attached) - page two is displayed three times (first time -
  correct, second time instead of page three and third time instad of
  page four).
