Title:
Unlock screen is slow, drops passphrase key-presses
Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Pretty much every time I try to unlock my phone the first time I get the pin wrong, the pin is missing a digit.
I type pretty quickly, but this is only on the first time of unlocking after (for example) removing my phone from my pocket.
If I get the code wrong, and wait a second then try again, I can type at the exact same speed or faster and it's fine.
It's like one of my key-presses are dropped.
It's frustrating as it happens every time I unlock my phone, unless I put a deliberate pause in between each digit.
Happy to try and catch a video of it if nobody else can reproduce.
