mzanetti was able to test ppa with krillin

from irc: ppa is good. can't repro the issue any more. both recover fine, dash and my app which used to hit this issue.
 everything else seems to behave the same still.

Bug description:
  scope images load fine in wifi, but not on hsdpa even when there is
  good connectivity and browsing works well. Results are return, but
  images do not load.
