[Bug 1384749] Re: [TOPBLOCKER] Detected X, Y coordinates for touch event on text field is off
If you tap on a word and actually hit the area between the upper or
lower border, the cursor sometimes ends up in the very beginning or end
of the field. The fix addresses this by taking that spacing into
account.

Bug description:
Tapping on a word in a text input seems to select the word below,
rather than the one I intended to select
The Y seems to be lower by approx. 1 GU
Reproduce by
- Go to messages and tap on message filed
- Enter 4 rows of content
- Tap on a word in the second row
- The word below is often selected
