Title:
Silent mode setting is not read on startup

Status in “indicator-sound” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “indicator-sound” package in Ubuntu RTM:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1) Enable silent mode in system-settings
  2) Restart the device
  3) Notice that the sound indicator shows silent mode as disabled but the system-settings shows it as enabled

It appears like the sound indicator is not reading the silent mode
  state on start up?
