Especially concerning as the keyboard manages to type through the
lockscreen into the focused text area. This could present a security
issue.

  Steps:
  * start terminal app
  * lock the phone immediately

  Expected:
  * keyboard not visible over the welcome screen (should it ever show? shouldn't the window be unfocused, and so not be able to have a keyboard at all?)
