Title:
Usage of hard space tag causes linebreaks within words

Status in “libass” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  $lsb_release -rd
  Description:	Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
  Release:	10.04

  $apt-cache policy libass4
  libass4:
    Installed: 0.9.9-0ubuntu1
    Candidate: 0.9.9-0ubuntu1
    Version table:
   *** 0.9.9-0ubuntu1 0
          500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/universe Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

  What you expected to happen:
Usage of the hard space tag (\h) should prevent a line from breaking.
  http://docs.aegisub.org/manual/ASS_Tags

  What happened instead:
The line breaks when reaching the screen width, not at the hard space, but within the word.

  Example code:
  This\hline\hshould\hnot\hbreak\hwhen\hexceeding\hthe\hscreen\hwidth.
  Expected result:
This line should not break when exceeding the screen width.
  Actual result:
This line should not break whe
  n exceeding the screen width.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Have a movie file with an ASS script containing code like described above.
  2. Run "mplayer -ass myfile.mkv" and skip to the corresponding scene.
